With at least 2 million new registrants and new balloting technology, Persily warns that November 4 could mean confusion for voters.

I think that people should be taking advantage of early voting if possible where they live to avoid some of the situations that may happen Nov. 4th. There is no excuse this year for not voting or going through unnecessary chaos on election day.
